Peach Springs Elementary School

Peach Springs Parents, Gaurdians, and Community, Due to the incoming severe winter weather that may bring icy road conditions and low temperatures, Peach Springs School District will be having a DELAYED START by two hours (2 hours) on both Monday and Tuesday this week. Bus routes will be running exactly 2 hours later that normal times. Peach Springs Elementary buidling will be open at 9am, Music Mountain building will be open at 9:30am and Breakfast will be served upon arrival at both schools. Stay safe, stay warm! In observance of our National Holiday "Martin Luther King Day," PSUSD8 will be closed, including district, high school and elementary buildings. School will resume on Tuesday, January 21st!

Parents, guardians, THERE IS NO YELLOW BUS TRANSPORTATION to the elementary and high schools this morning. Please use Hualapai Transit and alternatives to transport your students to school. This is for all K-12 students. No yellow bus service this morning. We will have the route running this afternoon for the PM run.

Peach Springs Parents/ Guardians, Thank you for your input on completing the survey regarding a delayed start time. The results have been reviewed, and the majority of the responses were in support of adjusting the start of school by one hour. Based on community and staff input, we will move ahead with a delayed start time by one hour. In order to allow for our families to make the adjustments to schedules, we will be implementing the delayed start on: Monday, January 29th thru Thursday, March 7th, 2024. PEACH SPRINGS ELEMENTARY Start time: 8:30AM, breakfast served at 8:00AM, school dismissed at 3PM. MUSIC MOUNTAIN JR./SR. HIGH SCHOOL Start time: 8:50AM, breakfast served upon arrival, school dismissed at 2:30PM Please note, bus schedules will follow the same route and schedule, starting one hour later. For your reference, please see the attached bus schedules for both the Elementary and High School. We will resume our regular start time the first Monday after Spring break on March 18th, 2024. Our hope with the delayed start of one hour is that it will support the staff and students safety as well as our morning attendance.
